Designed for unattended production, the Turbomill platform combines a rigid, compact machine design with high-jerk 5-axis simultaneous machining. An automated bar feeder enables continuous production without manual intervention, while the machine head rotating from -90° to +90° ensures perfect part accessibility throughout the entire milling process.

Complete blade machining in a single setup covers bar feeding, 5-axis milling, turning, root machining, threading, chamfering, engraving, and brushing. Integrated Turbosoft plus CAM software generates optimized toolpaths and process parameters tailored to each specific blade application.
