The LIECHTI Turbomill 800i and 1400i are dedicated 5-axis blade machining centers for the production of single turbine blades up to 800 mm and 1400 mm in length. Combining a rigid, compact machine design with high-jerk 5-axis simultaneous machining, they deliver complete blade production including airfoil, root form, and shroud in a single setup, with integrated Turbosoft plus CAM software as a full turnkey solution from one source.

Complete production including bar feeding, 5-axis milling, turning, root machining, threading, chamfering, engraving, and brushing in a single setup, eliminating repositioning and maximizing spindle utilization across both model variants.

Available in 800 mm and 1400 mm blade length configurations, the Turbomill i series covers a wide range of aerospace and power generation blade sizes on one proven machine platform.
