The LIECHTI Turbomill 800g and 800g Twin are purpose-built for heavy-duty roughing and ultra-dynamic finishing of single blades up to 800 mm in length, producing a finished part including airfoil, root form, and shroud in a single setup. The Twin configuration enables simultaneous twin spindle machining from bar stock or forgings, with automatic tool length setting for high-precision finishing, maximizing throughput and reducing cost per part in aerospace and power generation production programs.

The 800g Twin configuration enables simultaneous twin spindle machining of single blades from bar stock or forgings, with automatic tool length setting in the Z direction for high-precision finishing and maximum throughput.

A highly dynamic five-axis machine design with maximum axis acceleration delivers high-speed milling performance for clean leading and trailing edge quality and repeatable surface finish on every blade.
