The LIECHTI go-MILL 350 is a purpose-built 5-axis machining centre designed for the high-precision production of airfoils. Compact in footprint yet uncompromising in performance, it combines a double-end rotary drive configuration with simultaneous 5-axis machining technology – making it equally capable across a broad range of blade geometries, including the most complex applications.

The compact airfoil machining solution for dynamic 5-axis machining of blisks, impellers, and single blades up to 350 mm. Trusted by leading aerospace and power generation OEMs worldwide, with nearly 100 machines in operation.

High-speed spindle

The 20,000 rpm spindle with integrated vector control enables both efficient low-speed roughing and high-speed finishing, combining torque and rigidity for flawless surface quality on leading and trailing edges.

Double-end rotary drive

The double-end rotary drive option ensures highest precision on thin blades and critical leading and trailing edges, with turning capability up to 1,000 rpm for challenging airfoil applications.

Integrated automation

An optional 16-position automatic part changer is available, with an extremely compact design that significantly reduces workpiece changeover times and maximizes spindle uptime.

Turbosoft plus CAM

The go-Mill 350 is fully complemented by the in-house developed Turbosoft plus CAM software, purpose-built for airfoil machining and optimized for the go-Mill 350 platform.
