Ultra-dynamic machining

The rigid g-Mill machine design enables high-jerk 5-axis simultaneous cutting without vibration marks, delivering clean leading and trailing edge quality on every airfoil.

Adaptive machining of welded blisks

Integrated on-machine probing automatically compensates for dimensional variation in welded blisks, ensuring consistent accuracy and repeatability throughout the entire production run.
